“We arrived with the warmest welcome, all staff were incredibly accommodating. we booked the chakra spa overnight stay (afternoon tea, spa access, spa treatments 55 min each, dinner-£25 allowance each, overnight accommodation and breakfast before check out) Food was all exquisite and beautifully presented, treatments were incredible and the ladies were so wonderful. The chakra spa/crowne plaza felbridge is fantastic for disability facilities with lifts located on every level. The lady managing breakfast on the morning of leaving did a fab job of keeping up with check-ins, monitoring replenishment of foods and drinks, and providing customer service, despite several people walking in claiming to be pre-paid customers, some of which had infact checked in to breakfast using our bedroom numbers prior to us arriving. I’d suggest a room number system on the door cards by means of proof for breakfast staff to eliminate this issue. Managers were very attentive to my Nan and worked tirelessly all weekend.
